Graduated at Milan Catholic University Law School, admitted to the Milan Bar in 1996 (membership card no. 2008002211), practices in the wide area of Civil Law, providing both judicial and extrajudicial services, including, but not limited to, the following:

• business and corporate matters (assistance in incorporation of Italian companies, corporate dealings), including those in connection with corporate liability as per Legislative Decree no. 231/01, compliance with labour safety regulations, data processing regulations, internet and computer safety.

Her excellent command of the English language allowes her to give assistance to international clients and to draft and/or review legal texts in English.
